WODRight is a new approach to tracking your workouts for Crossfit. It allows users to track their real and estimated maxes, and provides weight recommendations based on target reps or percentages. It is also a work in progress, and we have detailed our map of features below

WODRight's goal is ambitious: to provide the best analysis possible for Crossfit athletes to improve their training. But, WODRight is also built on a radical position: that one RX weight isn't right for everybody and that logging every wod is a waste of time. Stop trying to track everything. Track what matters. Ditch the old RX, use WODRight, and get better.
