유형별 퍼팅에서부터 아이언, 드라이버, 트러블 상황까지 따라할 수 있도록 직접 동영상을 선택하여 시청 가능합니다.
3. 권장 기초대사량 기준 칼로리를 통한 자유로운 식단의 섭취
각 유형별 권장 기초대사량을 기준으로 무리한 식단의 조절은 배제하고 일상적인 식단
내에서 운동을 통한 소모 열량을 확인하며 식단 섭취의 유연성을 높였습니다.
5. 하루 중 한끼는 레시피 영상을 통해 건강식 섭취
저탄수화물이며 고단백의 레시피들을 모아서 한 끼의 식사는 직접 레시피를 통해서
간단히 섭취할수 있도록 하였습니다.
