O "Shape" é um aplicativo que auxilia em 3 requisitos básicos para atingir um objetivo na musculação:
- Dieta:
É possível montar uma dieta, calculando seus macros e tendo a disposição um cardápio com as necessidades por refeições. O foco do Shape é contribuir para uma dieta simples e funcional com o básico, mas tbm tem a disposição a tabela TACO, para poder fazer variações com alimentos diferentes.
- Treinos:
Além de uma lista de treinos completos (Youtube) é possível criar treinos personalizados e compartilhar com outras pessoas (Bluetooth).
- Suplementos
Para ajudar a potencializar os resultados temos a disposição kits de suplementos específicos para cada objetivo.
