The Personal Training Centre's app for personal training & nutrition coaching.
This app allows you to have access to the personal training centre remotely if you are unable to workout @ the studio locally. It provides all the necessary tools to coach you locally or from a distance so that you can reach your goals. Our process can reach those near and afar with this useful app.
Distant & Local clients have access too:
*See a variety of measurements, progress pictures, goals, challenges etc.
*Videos provided for all exercises assigned including mobility & stretches (prescribed)
*Access to assigned daily homework outside of the studio (if you're a local client)
*Ability to link a fitbit or MyFitnessPal account for nutrition coaching.
*In App messaging allowing everything to be done within the app
