Scientists from the Human Performance Institute in the US have announced a seven-minute workout program that is equivalent to working or running in sports halls for hours.
Experts recommend that you only spend 30 seconds each of the exercises in this exercise, consisting of 12 exercises that you can do using your own weight, and rest for at most 10 seconds in between.
