  I've decursed a new area several times, but, every time I come back to play it shows that it needs to be decrused all over again. I spend several minutes helping or visiting my in game friends before logging off the game also. please help me with this issue. Thanking you in advance for your help and support, Storm. Previously I really enjoyed this game and found it to be relaxing but, Again, I decursed the same area! Hoping it would be decursed when I got on the game today. It's as if I hadn't.

  Ok game but could do better with more storytelling. The only main problem is the extremely limited time you have to earn a key after sending three whales. Also the ratio to get red runes from the labyrinth on Panda island is very crazy

  Why does my decurse freeze with the wizard that comes in where tower sits, was doing just fine until then and now my decurse loads but freezes she I get in there, this is getting so frustrating to say the least, rebooted and still when I go in it's completely frozen and I can't even save to Facebook or Big fish, and if uninstalled reinstall I will loose everything, how is that fair, well if I have to uninstall and reinstall and start 9ver again from the start, no thanks, takes too long

  Update! Game is still having issues, support has never responded to me, game is lagging and it's not worth the headache. Game is fun but for a while now the app will not open unless I uninstall and re download. There are so much errors and glitches and reaching out to a help desk will not work because they don't response and are not fixing the problem

  Poor. Progression updates are rarely released, reducing competitiveness as most players sat at the same level as each other for months. The game glitches and crashes more often than it runs smoothly. Constant issues with visiting other players' islands, special events run for different lengths of time between players for no reason, frequent "cannot connect" or "server maintenance" messages making it impossible to get stuck into.

  To the developers...its been 3 days since ive tried to log on and play. How long does server maintenance take? Come on! Hope youre planning on compensating all the players really well for all this time we can't be playing! I really enjoy the game but constant maintenance is ridiculous! I'd give more stars but fix the issues!!
