  Algorithm is completely off. In 10 games I can drop from top 98 to 90 percentilein 'competition'. I out cribbed in points and out cut opponents (i.e more jacks more first deaws) but they always draw a miracle card for 20pt hands. Same as others, if you hit a streak this game seems to ensure you lose. Update: minutes after the developer responded someone 500 less experience than me hit a 18 point hand (from the turn card) then 21 points (from the turn card) lol.
