Agents of Discovery is an augmented reality app that gets you active and engaged in learning about the world around you. With Agents of Discovery, you become a top-secret Agent, dedicated to solving mysteries about science, culture, technology, history, nature and much more... Download the app and the Mission you want to play BEFORE heading out. Once these have been downloaded, the app does not require any data or WiFi to run.
Just to get the jargon out of the way:
Challenges are questions or games. There are a variety of Challenge types: AR Picker, Image 50/50, AR Catch, AR Sorter, and Sound Matcher, to name a few. Unlock and solve Challenges to complete your Missions.
Missions are games or scavenger hunts, made up of Challenges. Each Mission also has a map of its location and a Field Agent to guide you. Once you have completed all the Challenges in your Mission, you’ll unlock a reward!

Can’t find one near you? Fear not! Agents of Discovery has partnered with Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife Foundation to bring you Mission Conservation — a series of play-at-home Missions and livestreams. What is a petroglyph? How much water goes over Niagara Falls? Why does the moon change shape? Who was Martin Luther King Jr.? Why are bees so important? How do you prevent wildfires? How do you change the world? We’ll help you answer all these questions and more!
Here’s how to play:
1) Download the app and create your Agent profile.
2) Pick a Mission in your area or go to the Mission Conservation website (https://wondersofwildlife.org/mission-conservation/) to find a play-at-home Mission. If you plan to play a Mission located away from home, download the Mission BEFORE heading to it, so you can play without WiFi or a data connection.
3) Use your Secret Agent skills to find and unlock Challenges.
4) Solve Challenges to learn cool facts and collect USBees (points)!
