  I can't sign up for the account. I only able to use it for the first time. It asked me to sign up when I want to use it for second time. So piss off. When can't sign up at all after I registered everything.

  After I update this app, it always sent me a notification that I received my parcel MANY TIME. it keep sending the same notification. It so annoying

  One of the core functions of the app - track and manage parcels, is an epic failure. The notification of the tracking, was late by at least 24 hrs. And the app keeps popping out the notifications every few mins for the same status of the parcel. The app also cannot remember your account. You have to login everytime you wanna access your account - might as well use web version.

  Can't login!! Before login with username. Today change to email. Can't login, press forgot password also don't have receive email for change password. How about my money inside? Poor pos Malaysia, poor app

  Have issues with One Plus Nord (10.5.8) Cannot complete the consignment process. Times out when generating the consignment note on Wi-Fi or mobile data. Had to use another device to make delivery.
