يخدم تطبيق راقب المواطنين واصحاب المنشآت في المدينة المنورة
- حيث يتيح التطبيق لأصحاب المنشآت التقييم الذاتي لمشآتهم كما يمكنهم طلب زيارة من المراقبين الميدانيين لدى امانة المدينة
- المنورة لتقييم منشآتهم واتخاذ الاجرآت الللازمة
- ويتيح التطبيق راقب للمواطنين امكانية البحث عن محل أو منشآة على حسب موقعهم الجغرافي او تقييم المحل ونوع النشاط
- كما يسمح للمواطنين بتقييم المحلات او المنشآت بعد زيارتها
