  This app freezes and does not connect to the device at all which makes the device not that usable or helpful. They really need to update this app so that it addresses all it's issues and is fit for purpose.

  Please i beg you avoid. It took my husband and me half an hour to work out that this app and the scales don't talk to each other properly either. It froze my screen that many times my battery went flat and the system kept telling me I had problems with one of my apps which until I used this app it never did. Again I beg please avoid it.

  Total failure stay clear. It made mine and the wife's S10 freeze lock up and useless to a point I wanted to scream. I had them home for about half hour then they where cleaned, batteries taken out boxed up and taken back. Don't bother could not even get them to get my weight the same. I went from 195 lbs to 215lbs and my old scales had me at 190lbs. The weight on the scales was always different to what the app said. Again avoid avoid avoid at all costs especially if you like your phone to work

  Couldn't even log in. Email verification never sent and when I used Google Auth instead I couldn't create a profile. Awful quality assurance on this app and zero testing by the looks of it.

  Constantly loses connection with the device, opens up two versions of the app. Poorly designed, and obviously not tested properly.
