Description of Tabla Taal

Natural sounding tabla application for the Android platform.
A great tool for "riyaaz", it features all the commonly needed taals and the sound gets optimized when performing practice sessions using headphones or external speakers. Well suited for vocal, instrumental and dance practice.
Following taals are supported in this version:-
Teentaal
Ektaal
Jhaptaal
Dadra
Rupak
Keherwa
Bhajan
Deepchandi
Aamirtaal
Choutaal
Saraswati taal
Mani taal
Vilambit Ektaal
We intend to add many more taals in upcoming versions and improve the experience of using Tabla Taal.
Tempo and pitch are adjustable for all the taals.

  1. The app is good, but stops if switched to any other app,, which is unavoidable bcoz we need to have shruti along with taal. 2. This app does not run in the background and there is no provision for enabling the same either. 3. No provision to set default or save settings, each time app resets to it's default and user has to keep resetting. That is disappointing. 4. The above factors make the app 'not so reliable' while trying to use for any performance or recording.
