Doesn't work with Android. Only managed to get it to work with my girlfriend's iPhone and got her to invite me. Also there is a great opportunity for a widget. Currently looking for a better product with a better app

Horrible. APPLE ONLY! Why have an Android app if the products don't work on Android? You can't get support cause you need the model number on the web form. Unfortunately, none of the model numbers work. I tried ISP-100, ISP100, ISP 100, iSP 100, ETC... I even tried other model numbers. Nothing. Can't submit the support form.

Many issues, one unit was working perfectly and the other can't programmed at all. Now neither can.

Does not work! Trying to connect a smart plug and it keeps losing connection during setup! This app only gets 2.2 starts from 1000+ reviews. They obviously don't care! What does that tell you??
