  The app works for me, but is not a good quality app. The only way to see photos from multiple users (like family you want to send photos to your frame) is to manually copy photos from the cloud to local storage on the frame. You can only send 6 photos at a time, and the frame defaults to showing date/time instead of a slideshow which is the reason we bought the frame! There is no way to change the default so that it’s always showing a slide show. I didn’t need a clock - would purchase something much cheaper if that’s what I wanted. There are much better photo frames on the market that actually show photos all the time and that anyone with permission can send photos to without requiring manual intervention to see. I don’t recommend this app and the photo frame it’s designed to work with. The only reason for 2 stars is because it does work (would have 1 star otherwise).

  Just keep getting this error and it fails uploading photos from the app.. Current network unstable

  doesn't work can't upload any photos, just gives "unstable network" error message even though I've tried multiple networks. customer support phone number doesn't even work.
