  Bad downloading reviews from way back yet your tech couldnt fix. I wonder what kind of customer service you offer. Just a waste of money subscribing to the ibakatv. I cant download, streaming gups data yet all i get is, its being looked into. Its a waste of resources subscribing to the ibaka tv if you are thinking of subscribing.

  Slow in downloading, the free 14 days trial seems to be a scam, I can only stream movies cause it takes forever to download. Great movies though but the App has to be worked on

  Be careful, especially with your payment info. They will charge you twice and say we have a no refund policy, mind you i didn't try to make payments and accidentally do it twice. I am on a recurring subscription so it was definitely something with the system. I wouldn't care much if their customer service was good. But nooooo it was blame the customer so you don't refund. Once this end its a wrap for me.

  This is another frastrating and unreliable stream service, with good contents but bad delivery experience. I don't fault your content, but the delivery experience. This app is frustrating 😤, both app experience and Web experience, the app is worst. Probably you need some new concept for your content delivery. But make sure you don't remove more than that one month subscription in my account else, court or regulating agency will settle our matter.
