  Fantastic and super convenient service. Knowing that you can speak to a Dr via video call on the same day that you feel unwell is a blessing. Not having to go to the surgery especially during this pandemic is so reassuring. Dr was very friendly, listened to all my points and gave great advice. I REALLY recommend this service, although your GP surgery does need to be signed up for you to use it. If they aren't badger them until they do.
