  Worst app! After receiving reference ID from app, waited for a day expecting a follow up call. Later when contacted them through toll free number they informed my request didn't reach them

  Very poor service experience from godrej.. Had purchased godrej Ac and placed request for installation of same... But no response from the brand. Imagine if they take this much time for installation of new ac how much time will they take for service. Better to go with another brand. I had also emali them and contact costumer care but still no response...

  worst product and service Our double door refrigerator was brought on 8th of Aug 2019 and stopped working on 20th of June 2020. It's been more than 3months I have kept on complaining regarding this issue but has not resolved yet. And non of them have responded correctly and no representative is taking responsibility to resolve the issue. We have incurred huge loss due to the spoilage of food, medicine kept in refridgerator. And now the refridgerator is making huge noise now.

  Pathetic App to say the least. It doesn't even accept the OTP that is recieved in the message so that one can login. It's like they don't even want to help people.
