  Needs improvement ..... sometimes the app shows no bus is on a particular Route However the bus is still running on that route and sometimes the app does not locate any buses at all

  The idea of this app is good but need so many corrections. More over please also add one feature how much is the crowd in bus. Mark with green, yellow, orange, red. Green means bus has seat availability and red means over crowded. So it will help to get in the bus according to the the time.

  Very bad service . App has bugs once you set your preffered location it will disappeares. No timing are matching with the routes. Its pnly for pramotion but has no use. Local traveller can you more than this app. If BEST wants to upgrade the they should provide live location of buses

  This is a wonderful and a very helpful app. A lot of info about the routes with route nos are given to plan your journey easily. Kudos to the developer team.

  1)Cannotview optionsbelow`Welcome User panel'. 2) Actual bus status is not getting auto-refreshed as it only gets updated by going out and querying again hence Please give a button to refresh the bus location being shown on the map. e.g I am in 1786 showing much behind which could be because no connectivity from the data service provider If there's a button provided then atleast the user will be shown that location is being refreshed hence status is getting updated (ie not the exact location)

  How difficult can it be to get a live tracking app done right in 2020. this should have been implemented 5 years back but even with all the available technology in 2020, this app is a hit or a miss. sometimes it shows that the bus will reach in 1-2 mins but doesnt show up and suddenly that bus disappears from the listing. it also does not show you the busses that you already missed some mins ago
