This app is a demonstration of the Play Billing integration for Trusted Web Activities. It launches a TWA to https://beer.conn.dev which communicates through the TWA to the Play Billing library on the user's phone.
The code is essentially the twa-play-billing demo from the alpha branch of android-browser-helper: https://github.com/GoogleChrome/android-browser-helper/tree/alpha/demos/twa-play-billing.
Set ARC service as the verified provider in the DelegationService.
