  Can't even create an account. Joined the Y last week. Front desk said to wait 24 hours. Why bother having an app?

  When more than half of your app reviews are one star, it should tell you something. I tried creating an account with my email address and my wife's and they both say, "You are not authorized to make this request. So all this app gives me is a non-functional login screen. Too bad I can't give it zero stars, because it has zero functionality.

  Have the correct email at front desk and can't log in.

  I have joined the y for 3 weeks and still can't log in this app. Tried both wife's and my emails but neither worked. Asked front desk of Greater Brandywine branch and they can do nothing.
