  The chy mall app in my phone works when first downloaded, then for no apparent reason, it stoos working. And i discovered that the only way to get it to work is to uninstall it and install again. This is not acceptable. Chy mall, give us a more functional app.

  Chymall is a legitimate business. But i have issues with their every single platform. Be it web page or app. Web page is better, faster and more useful than the app. When i first downloaded the app, i felt like uninstalling it but i deliberately left it on my phone for months to be able to give factual and objective review. Kept my fingers crossed hoping that the ICT crew will notice and correct their poor architecture, they obviously haven't done so. Please, give us a better app. Period!

  Sometimes works well, at times it buffers for long time before it the app gives you access to do whatever.

  This app is great. I do not have to go to any Chymall centre to get things done. P2P transfer is fast, but trading doesn't usually go through in time. What might be the cause? And also, can you please enable us transfer all our points if we so choose and not in fives? You can imagine that I cannot transfer $24 just because it's not up to 25. I'm yet to understand why the message inbox usually do not contain real messages too.

  This business is very good but this app has alot of bugs and this is not nice at all you find it difficult to open your network diagram and cant even trade on it the developer you should do something about it
