With Backup, you can backup all contacts in your address book with a single tap and send this backup file with the extension .vcf in vCard format as a mail message. Then, if your address book is deleted in some way or in part, you can restore your Contacts by opening the backup file you sent to yourself with the Mail application in Phone.
