What's New Flash - SAF Flashlight

- Fixed a problem interacting with cameras.
- Fixed a issue where the home screen got a messed up.
- Able to flash it on and off now by repeatedly launching it.
- Made the notification simpler and therefore better.
- Somehow managed to make it slightly faster.
