- Average heart rate
- Gender
- Age
- Height
- Weight (pounds or kilograms)
- Fitness level (or VO2 Max if known)
- Activity duration
- Save your results with Activity name in the log for easy tracking
**** IMPORTANT NOTE ****
- This app does NOT use a generalized list of activities.
- This app calculates calories burned based on your average heart rate over a period of time, which is the most accurate method of estimating calories burned.
- If you do not have a way to measure your heart rate, this app is NOT for you.
