What's New Watch 4SeTV

Fix :
1. Must upgrade firmware version 1.3.2 or later.
App will run but will not display video until new firmware is installed.
2. fixed the problem that 4SeTV app can't upgrade the box software when it is older than v1.2.x.
3. applied new DLNA CDS list name
4. release UX lock in 7 seconds since the App didn't get any response from your box.
