  Software no longer pairs with DCD797 drill. Support indicates that the only fix is to send the product to a service facility to replace the Bluetooth interface since there is no factory reset option Bluetooth only worked twice. Extremely disappointed with this product

  So far so good. Great option to have for your hand tools and power tools, and their batteries. App has decent features, functional and impressive. Pretty cool, technology meets expensive power tools. Track your investment. Check tool diagnostics and adjust settings. Its what i would expext from DeWalt

  Did good for a 2-3 days and and now it's locked up my $235 dollar drill I've tried everything to get the drill to work an nothing I'm really disappointed in Dewalt manufacturer for putting an app like this an don't work out all the bugs so now all I have is is a really expensive paper weight so pissed off right now.
