Dem Gesundheitsamt Graubünden werden deshalb alle positiv getesteten und in Graubünden wohnhaften Personen von Laboratorien, von Ärztinnen und Ärzten und den Spitälern gemeldet. Das Gesundheitsamt Graubünden überwacht und betreut die Patientinnen und Patienten, welche sich zu Hause in Isolation befinden, gemäss dem Bundesgesetz über die Bekämpfung übertragbarer Krankheiten des Menschen (Epidemiengesetz) und dem Gesundheitsgesetz Graubünden. Sie werden deshalb regelmässig telefonisch kontaktiert und/oder per COVID Care App betreut. Die Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten erfolgt falls vorhanden durch den Hausarzt oder durch die Hausärztin. Andernfalls wird die Betreuung vom Gesundheitsamt Graubünden, unterstützt durch medizinisches Fachpersonal und Zivilschutz, übernommen.
