  Very dissapointed they removed the digital card function! Was out of pocket at dentist for hundreds and spent ages trying to get the card back on the app which was very embarrassing. Didn't work then, doesn't work now. At least I could still claim on the app. Need a new card now.

  The only useful function has now been removed. Honestly without the digital card what's the point guys? Anyone would think it's bad for your business if members make claims for their expenses. If it worked fine before why on earth would you remove the digital card?

  Unbelievable. They removed the digital card, the only feature really valuable on this app.😡 In the middle of the COVID pandemic and when everyone else is moving to touchless contact cards, they now force you to carry your plastic BUPA card around. Apparently because of an issue with iPhone users!? It blows my mind. The manager who took this decision should spend some time in the front lines, dealing with the public. Maybe then he/she could then understand the concept of "customer centricity".
