Was ver very bad experience I ordered yesterday and they count item in the invoice And they didn't deliver to me I contacted the shopper and the app service many many time and they don't respond... Anyone don't want to loose his money don't use this app... Please

I have been trying to contact them to cancel order and put the money back onto my card...but NO REPLY at all..email ignored..even no reply on chat on app..calling their number..keeping me on hold for half hour with music but still no reply...so frustrated..there should be some form of communication or a way to cancel the order via app! The app is very good...albeit prices abit high...but i cant get a delivery slot...what time are they released? Can you help me get a slot? Please email me. Thanks

Very bad application no customer support and no customer care reply i tried personally to call them for 10 minutes no answer only music. Delivery objects not as requested they just lie and you will lose your money with them.

قسما بالله خدمة أكثر من سيئه ولا يحترمون العملاء ولا يرجعون قيمة الطلبيات التي لم تصل يعني نصب نعناع كارفور وبنده كليك احسن منه بكتير Very bad application, they aren't professional and not respecting their customers and they didn't refund the undelivered items , Panda click , and Carrefour much better
