  Xfinity Mobile is a SCAM. I never once used this service. I requested a SIM card as a back up and they sent it 12 weeks later. I have made multiple calls to cust svc to cancel the line. Talking to an agent after 90 minutes plus on hold is the only way to cancel. I call every month when I get an invoice. Still I get charged every month for four months now as of October 2020. Do not use Xfinity Mobile.

  If your looking to get this service RUN the other way! They over charge every month, phones not worth a penny, service sucks as bad as Tmobile, and with managers like Javier I just spoke with these people make it clear they are only looking to rob you blind of your money they dnt care and are insulting to customers. As a former business owner my self if this was my manager he'd been fired the second he opened his mouth. Hope u dnt talk to ur mom with that shity attitude and mouth.

  I can't put a period in my payment amount. Either use an automatic period or give me back my "pay full amount" button.
