  Very bad experience - app is very badly designed. Customer care number is switched off. I had booked two rides and they cancelled both without prior notice. This cab is not reliable. I had decided to take this cab, since i had a medical condition and wanted a safe and smooth ride. But they completely let me down. Please do not rely on this

  Too expensive and no explanation of tariffs mentioned on app anywhere. They charged me night surcharge of 650 and there is no mention of night surcharge anywhere of the app. I don't even know at what time it starts. The driver who dropped my mom was super rude. Pretty sure wont use it again.

  I really appreciate the initiative for women's safety and empowerment but fare is really high in compare with other cab options. It is a request to team that please make it affordable if you really want to help women in their daily commute
