My son just deleted the app. AND I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED. Verizon says I "should" receive a notice within 48 hours. BY THEN ITS TOO LATE. Worthless. Sorry.

Worst app by far whats the point of a parental app that the kids can just delete off there phone and sometimes doesn't notify you until days after... also the kids can just delete their VPN and all of the restrictions and timers get by passed .. also now I've been having an issue were the time restrictions lock the phones hours before the curfew

Very happy with the app overall. Easy to use and make changes when needed. However the accuracy of the location can be frustrating some times.. Don't know what causes it to show an inaccurate location.

Have tried over and over to pair phones, but have gotten a error message every time. It's been months and I still can't use this!!! Called for help but nothing works.

Very useful but needs a few changes. The limit time restrictions works great, but it would be better if you can select to restrict calls, texts, and data individually instead of automatically restricting everything. Also, the notifications on the child's location don't come up as soon the child's phone leaves or arrives at the saved places. It still works very nicely to locate the child's phone and track its location.
