Description of Veo - Shared Electric Vehicles

Veo makes your daily commute easier and faster. Download the app, grab a Veo e-scooter, bike, or e-bike and just enjoy the ride.
HOW VEO WORKS
Step 1: Find the closest e-scooter, bike, or e-bike.
Step 2: Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code (or enter the scooter's or bike’s ID number) to unlock it. Enjoy your ride!
Step 3: Park in a designated parking zone (shown in the app) when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the "End Ride" button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. We do the rest!

There is a slight expense problem, but the convenience is off the charts!

Love love love them. Esp without a car, the freedom is so exciting. Problem. 1) no matter the amount of money you put into your VEO "wallet" it will keep charging your card. No beep or warning. And problem 2) the places to park are far away from each other, and are placed so you cannot ride them to major stores or chains or pharmacies. I haven't found a way to pause it to run in anywhere. Do we just take them in the store with us? Also, I rode a few...only to later find I wasnt even signed in?

Not clear about the margins where you're allowed to ride. I tried the app and ended up getting charged $50!! Because the scooter I tried was already in a non designated area

Junk. Had to deposit minimum of $10 Tried to rent 2 bikes (one for me and one for my daughter) could only do one. In the meantime while messing with the app trying to rent a bike for my daughter, I was being charged by the minute. No ride, and by the time I canceled the first one, I was charged $1.80. Now I have money left in a deposit that will never be used. Please refund me.

I enjoyed my ride. Lot of scooters so I didn't have to walk a lot to find a scooter. It's also cheap.
