On May 13, 1886 3 October Vereeniging was founded. To mark the 125th anniversary of the association in 2011 is a priority route plotted by the city (and slightly beyond). 51 places are tiles with the banner of the 3 October Vereeniging posted. Each tile marks a spot. If you follow the tiles you will not only learn all about the Siege and Relief of Leiden in 1574, but also on the commemoration and celebration of the relief in the following centuries. This app will guide you along the way and tells you the stories of the various locations.
