  Can't make a parking reservation through the app. I have a brand new (1 week old) Samsung S20 Fe 5G. The app says, "Poor internet connection." I have 5 Gs 4 bars. The only way to reserve anything is by calling corporate. The fuel desk was no help. The customer service representative said it's the app that has issues. Good luck 🤞

  Great! (When it works) App keeps crashing even when I'm on-site at the TA/Petro that I need info for.

  This app is one big pain. It only works when it feels like it and hasn't worked at ALL for the last week! Have updated my and TRIED to update the app and it won't even download! It not only not very intuitive it down right clunky! You need a new writer for your app this one sucks!

  Very disappointed in this app! All other major competitive truck stop stores have superior functioning apps with many features/perks for the drivers like free coffee refills, discounts, ect... I use TA and Petro per my company, I have to say I feel like I have been downgraded. Some suggestions get rid of the kiosks and use that money to get better programmers for this app. You can get register scanners instead, to redeem showers and points. If you fix it we the truckers will be a happier bunch.

  It works ok but every time I try to reserve a spot the app tells me my internet connection is bad and I have to call them. I am sitting in their parking lot now with full service and I can't reserve a spot for when I get out of the shop.
