The aim of this app is to help people with back pain (and more specifically low back pain) to identify the nature of their pain triggers and provide some simple corrective and preventative strategies.
One size doesn't fit all
There are many different kinds of back pain ranging from acute self-inflicted injury i.e. an accident; through to chronic genetic issues. The important thing to remember is that usually there is a way to alleviate pain and manage the symptoms of back pain.
