  I had a time-sensitive cleaning and I followed the Tidy advice by originally scheduling two cleaners but they both canceled. So did the two subsequent cleaners. The final home keeper indicated that I canceled the cleaning when in fact she canceled because I asked her to wear a mask. I've had another home keepers say that I had canceled a cleaning when they failed to show up. I was charged the first time for a cancellation fee even when the Tidy concierge emailed me to say they would not charge me the fee (they did) or they would refund the fee (they didn't). I want to be assured that I will not be charged another fraudulent cancellation fee so I am canceling your services and removing my billing information. I regret that I did not cancel your services in January when you charged the first fraudulent cancellation fee. This is unacceptable. Please improve your service because you are losing reputation and customers.

  Bummer that you can't give zero stars. This service is a joke. 2 cleaners cancelled on me in a row. I have to plan my whole day around this. My mom flew across the country to help me plan my wedding. Not only was I planning on having it cleaned for when she got here (not happening) but now her trip itinerary is getting impacted because the second cleaner cancelled cause they weren't feeling well. 2 in a row, in 3 days. I didn't even get a heads up text or anything. Garbage company.

  The first time was great. Every other scheduled cleaning the person was either late or constantly rescheduling. This morning got a notification that they would be late. Then they just cancelled. I have cancelled my account. Would not recommend this service.
