  I only give it a 3 because booking a train ticket is reasonable. However, ticket wallet keeps going off so I'm very disappointed with that. Only option to get my e-ticket is to download it on Google Drive form my email & their you have the ticket.

  Broken app. Purchased a ticket and app crashes when trying to view in ticket wallet. Uninstalled and reinstalled, all to no avail! Not pleased at all.

  So far, ticket wallet is useless. I don't care about the rest, I want get ON the train! Only one ticket of a return appeared in the wallet, with time details only and no QR code to scan or details. Tapping the info just closed the app. Saving the emailed details wouldn't enlarge the QR code for use. We've been waiting years for Govia to catch up with the modern world, Anglia et alia, and they bungle it. Contrast SW Trains which like Anglia, works perfectly. Duh....

  Since the upgrade now during the checkout process when paying by card, a green pop up for the terms and conditions completely obscures the boxes you need to type your card details into, so you have to type blind. It's like the app wasn't actually tested before the release. This needs sorting out asap. It takes four times as long to check out because of this bug. Also another ongoing problem for several years: it will only allow you to check the departures/arrivals for one station.
