Just select "Power Brainwave".. turn off screen and place the phone on middle line of your body... after 20 minutes the phone turn off and your body is ready to sleep.
The application closes when the mobile phone is "ROTATED" to help users to close app without opening eyes.
20 Minutes is the default timer of the "Free version" and is exactly the time necessary to sleep using the "Power BrainWave"
