  I've been using the app for some years now but lately I've been having some issues with the AR viewing experience, basically regardless of the model I'm viewing in AR at some point all of a sudden my smartphone turns off completely. I'm currently using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, so I'm pretty sure its not the hardware.

  Since an android update the app won't work anymore. It opens and then it just stay on loading the page but nothing happens. Hope it can be fixed I love the app. I'm on a OnePlus 8

  All of these beautiful models and setpieces, yet not one item loads in VR mode. I even tried a goddamn single sheep which loads in seconds in the usual view, but after 10 minutes of loading animation in VR I gave up as nothing happened. [Google Pixel 3a XL]
