What's New Simple Workout

Bug fixes:
- Fixed settings state not updating correctly
- Fixed tap-and-hold causing issues with updating numbers
- Fixed issue where keyboard wouldn't appear when clicking the weight / reps number
- Stopped adding "empty" names to the recent exercises list when adding a custom exercise
