The app only uses the plates you have on hand including the weight of the bar. Home gym users can easily configure their loadout on a per plate basis. Gym users can just tap the gym loadout button to load the most common plate types and bars carried by most gyms. Once your loadout is saved you can change it at any time.
Olympic bars and plates of all weights are supported in both pounds and kilograms.
