Pay at the Pump NOT available in Australia. The money they'd make from a global release of that service, rather than just India, UK, etc., would be significantly more than the cost. I don't understand the logic.

The app asks your too much personal information like your home address which is absolutely unrelated. Also, it combines the questions "accepting the terms and agreements" and "being informed about the campaigns of Shell" together in a required field to check. This is unacceptable and also illegal as far as i know.

So many month, this application still not working at all. Oh my gosh. What a great giant company we have. Main setup page load8ng and loading forever.

Barely deserves 1 star, downloaded the app to utilize my points to pay for fuel as was advised by pump attendent, only to find out that it doesn't work. What a waste honestly.

Used to be a useful app to check your clubsmart points and pay from inside your car through smartpay. Ever since I upgraded to a Galaxy S10 with Android 10, the app loads rediculously slow and I always get an error when trying to register paypal. Tried clearing cache, data, reinstalling. Does not change a thing. The app for sure needs an update, albeit quite late for that already...
