Sail Weather Greece displays weather forecast maps for the Greek waters, based on the Hellenic Center for Marine Research meteorological data. Its main features are:
- the forecast updates are automatically downloaded at application startup (can also be retrieved manually if needed)
- the application also works offline (after downloading the relevant forecast maps, they can be viewed even without mobile or WiFi coverage)
- data traffic is kept low
- the weather forecast extends several days ahead (you can go forward or backward in time to view forecasts at different hours or days)
- the application shows your position on the forecast map (if GPS is active, even without mobile coverage)
