  From past one week the app is not working. Please solve the issues. Why you people blocking the tickets. No tickets available at counters and as well as app. The app development department can't rectify the issue. The management will Selling the tickets in black market.

  Mostly the app works fine. But, sometimes the seat selection page does not load properly. During peak load, the payment goes through but tickets not getting issued. Best to use the SPI cinemas website, which is consistent. App needs serious fix.

  Since last 3-4 months whenever am checking the seats, it doesn't show me the seats at all..the page is just blank..for ex when i check seats in satyam they dont show me seats at all..the page is just empty, but when i check seats in Palazzo they show me which seats are available.. kindly check this problem.. i even updated the app but still it continues to be the same..

  Most of the time i try to book tickets from this app the seats doesn't appear unless i logout and login one more time , today i booked 4 tickets from my dad's phone and i have received the message that amount has been debited but still no message of seat no and no ticket confirmation. I want refund of that money i have that text message of money debited towards Sathyam cinema's , and please fix those bugs on your app for god's sake .

  The app used to be good, but for the past few months when I choose a movie and select a screen and a show, I see a blank page. I have to reselect everything to see the seats and after that I don't have a problem. Every single time I try to book tickets, I see a blank page when I am about to choose seats, I have to redo the steps to get the seat-selection page. Please correct this

  Pathetic since the day I downloaded the app, it's always blank on the first attempt of seat selection, again I need to do everytime. Hope someday this issues will be sought out. That day I'll change my review.
