The SIS Android application is part of a broader initiative to improve the mobile experience of students and staff who interact with Student Information System of the University of Colombo. In this beta release, some of the features are in experimental stage. We will continue to develop, expand and improve this application and We welcome your ideas and feedback.
Key Features
● Results: Your examination results are displayed in tabs as they released.
● Courses: Course registration and retrieve the courses already registered can be done.
● Exams: Examination registration can be done through the app, however you need to handover hard copy generated through the ITU SIS kiosk to the Dean’s office. Your examination results are displayed in tabs as they released. In addition, most updated examination timetable customized to you is available in the application.
● Medical: You can apply for examination excused due to medical conditions through the app. You need to provide approved medical certificates to the Dean’s office to proceed.
Next upgrade will bring you more stable application with more features such as live alerts. Feel free to request any feature you would like to have in our application.
