What's New Rares

Added "Settings" to the app (formatted even for old Android versions) which allows you to do the following:
1. Enable/disable news (recommend to NOT disable however).
2. Enable/disable displaying item values about each data point.
3. Enable/disable the graph legend.
4. Change the colors of the trend-lines.
Also fixed a few minor bugs.
