  Impossible to hook up the recordings to local storage. The app stopped working and says it can't identify my location, so I can't use my device, it's as good as a metal brick now. Very few features, can't link it to a non ring chime or just a normal speaker without using and paying for third party services. Horrible experience.

  Had the First Generation Ring doorbell now upgraded to Ring doorbell 3 , still get problems with weak WiFi signal even though we have a WiFi extender and the WiFi good , loses connection to inside doorbells and mobile phones when doorbell is pressed , so still have old problems with new upgraded Ring doorbell .
