I wish there was a better way to imput recipes into the macro counter. It would be so much easier to add everything up for a large batch of something instead of doing it in small portions. Its my biggest issue and very frustrating honestly. I also wish there was a better way to carry over missed macros into other meals (if I'm short on my macros for breakfast, I'd like to make them up for lunch). That being said, it does work if you follow it to a T which is why I still gave it 4 stars.

This app is very useful but I really hope at some point they implement a calorie counter for at least the basics system. It would make it so much easier to keep track of your overall intake in respect to keeping within your macros for better cuts. A 3 meal option would also be great for those who don't like to eat really late. I'd like to see a basics for other canned meats aside from Tuna. Maybe they could add plain bagels into basics as well? About every other bread item is there.

If you pretty much don't move, are obese, and eat all processed foods: This might be a step in the right direction to teach you how to eat whole foods. If you do cardio and bodybuilding routines 5 days a week drenched in sweat , can eat 1-2oz of chicken and a Tbsp of rice for a main meal, and have energy to go to work, be a normal person, and NOT uncontrollably binge on chocolate after a few days: You're my hero! App itself isn't too bad, but agree it it needs more allowance for customization.

Really good but flawed. The user interface is complicated and not really user friendly. I also really hate that I can't put whatever I want into the log. I'd like the option to save my meals even when I've surpassed my macros. It should definitely be more of a food diary log. That said, I'm down a couple KG 👏. Will def keep using.

The app does not allow you to change the macros to allow you to follow a specific dietary choice ex. Keto, carnivore. It doesn't incorporate if you want to do intermitted fasting. It forces you to do a shake before a workout or a meal directly after, I personally can't do that due to wanting to vomit. If my training was geared towards bodybuilding/strength only training this app would work great as those training systems need what the app recommends.
