  the application is trying to steal monney from my credit card. i used it once in my life and it was a disgusting experience because the bike don't want to be unlocked for technical reasons. now after 6 months , the application tried to steal 3.2 euros frol my credit card. luckily i used my revolut card that was frozzen , so they couldn't steal my monney. either the server was hacked , or they charge people randomely to pay their debt after the covid crisis.

  The worst of any kinds of service I've ever had on my phone. This (lack of) service will suck your money off and wouldn't even reply to your calls, in-app messages or email. Stay away from this scam; get a Mobike instead! Playstore really should have banned this app, seriously.
